Introduction
We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Small Works Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong mechanical aptitude, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mechanical Knowledge: Basic understanding of mechanical principles (non-negotiable).
- Industry Experience: Experience with pumps and sprinkler systems (highly advantageous).
- Computer Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and telephonic communication.
- Initiative & Independence: Ability to work independently, take initiative, and be proactive.
- Transportation: Must have reliable transportation (non-negotiable).
- Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel when required.
- Professional Presentation: Well-groomed with a confident and professional demeanor.
- Sales Confidence: Ability to cold call effectively and maintain self-belief.
- Team & Leadership Skills: Team player with leadership qualities and respect for authority.
- Willingness to Learn: Open to learning new systems and developing within the company.
Remuneration:
- Salary: R15,000.00 – R20,000.00 per month (depending on experience and skills).

Probation Period:
